1. Save Your Termination Letter: This document is crucial as it confirms your eligibility for a Special Enrollment Period (SEP), allowing you to switch plans outside of the standard enrollment window.
2. Explore New Plans: You have until December 31, 2025, to enroll in a new Medicare Advantage plan, Medicare Supplement, or a Part D prescription drug plan for coverage starrtng January 1, 2026.
